Apprenticeships

An apprenticeship is like a real job where you learn, gain experience, and get paid. You’re treated as an employee with a contract and holiday leave. By the time you finish, you’ll have the skills you need for your chosen career.
 
The length of an apprenticeship varies, from one to six years depending on which one you pick, its level, and what experience you already have. It’s funded by both the government and your employer.

This summer, Renato achieved something extraordinary: he secured a coveted 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 with Airbus! ✈️ It’s the culmination of 12 years of dedication, beginning when his family made the life-changing decision to move to the UK with one shared goal – to create a brighter future. 🇬🇧 ☀️ ⁣

Now, that dream has come true, and we couldn’t be prouder. We recently caught up with Renato to hear his reflections on his time at 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗯𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 and how it helped shape his incredible path forward…⁣
